Sharing good practices for female entrepreneurship

The Policy Learning Platform has organized a webinar on Female Entrepreneurship, highlighting its importance and offering some perspectives on policy support.

Stacey Phelan will participate as an invited speaker, presenting the Carlow County Council's Powerhouse Women in Business Network, which provides services for skills growth and development, mentoring, informative workshops and events for networking and fellowship.

The network is one of InnoCom's good practices, validated by a thematic expert who wrote "The success of this model, evidenced by substantial growth in participation and impactful events, underscores the importance of structured peer support and skill development, demonstrating how similar initiatives can effectively promote women's entrepreneurship, facilitate knowledge exchange, and foster regional economic growth and gender equality."

The webinar is scheduled for 12 November 2024.
