Stakeholder workshop in Hauts-de-France
On the 7th of November, the Hauts-de-France Regional Council held its 2nd Stakeholders meeting in Lille. The 15 people gathered from all around the territory engaged in deep exchanges on the subject of the InnoCom project.
After a state of play of activities planned for the second semester of the project and a presentation of the Interregional Exchange Meeting that will take place in Lille in February 2024, participants had extensive discussions on regional good practices about communicating and helping SMEs to access public and European funding opportunities.
The group continued with a workshop designed to co-create together a SWOT analysis regarding the region’s communication and assistance towards SMEs in accessing EU funds. Lasting about an hour, this workshop was truly appreciated by the stakeholders, allowing them to start concrete discussions on the subject. This SWOT analysis will be integrated in a Regional Analysis currently being written by the Regional Council.
Following this first step, the stakeholders started reflecting on improvements that could be implemented in the territory. Again, lots of ideas were proposed that will also be part of the Regional Analysis.
Overall, it was a very fun and productive afternoon dedicated to the Interreg Europe InnoCom project in Lille!
