Tools to stimulate the development of creative solutions

InnoCom partners plan to engage in co-creation exercises with their stakeholders as part of the project’s work to improve policies around communication between authorities and SMEs. During the interregional exchange meeting held in June 2023, partners learned about the methodology in a lively hands-on trial.

Each section of the methodology, Empathize, Design, Ideation, Prototyping and Testing, is composed of tasks intended to guide users toward creative solutions.

The co-creation methodology was developed by Advisory Partner University of Latvia to help regional authorities improve existing policies and services. The set of exercises is available for anyone to use; find it in the library section.
