Gravitate Health is a project in its final phase, gathering information about the level of healthcare and its overall situation in Europe using the Quadruple Helix -method. Mika Uitto, an RDI expert from SeAMK provided a brief overview of the significance and importance of knowledge and skills in health literacy on todays´ society. The second part and goal of the event was to convene stakeholders who have shown interest in our project and have been following the NOTRE project since its inception.

One of our key stakeholders, with whom we have had extensive cooperation over many years, is SuvantoCare. The company's CEO, Olli Göös, presented their products, which are highly relevant to elderly care and directly aligned with the goals of the NOTRE project.

SuvantoCare specializes in providing monitoring and follow-up devices for the healthcare sector, aiming to facilitate independent living for elderly individuals in their own homes for as long as possible. The company's main goal is to enable individuals to live safely at home for as long as they desire. Their product range includes cameras, motion detectors, and sensors designed to monitor the use of various devices and doors, among other functionalities."

Senior Lecturer Merja Hoffrén-Mikkola from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences presented some of the new projects currently in the planning stages. We are pleased to note that the goals of these new projects partially align with the objectives of the program implemented in the NOTRE project.

Among other initiatives, Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences is planning a project that will explore the use of VR glasses to pilot various functions tailored to elderly individuals. Additionally, improving the physical condition and performance of older adults through physical activities is one of the key objectives of our upcoming project.

Finally, we engaged in discussion with stakeholders about the objectives of the project and the upcoming study trip, as well as discussing the situation of stakeholder organizations. As the NOTRE project progresses, we are also identifying potential stakeholder companies and startups that could participate in our future study visits to other project partners abroad.
