4th stakeholders meeting in Lille, France

On December 17, 2024, the Région Hauts-de-France and Eurasanté organized their 4th Stakeholders Meeting as part of the NOTRE project. The event gathered 25 local partners to discuss the critical theme: “How can we adapt digital inclusion for seniors to the challenges and specificities of our territory to combat senior isolation?” 

The meeting provided an excellent platform for fruitful discussions and collaboration, aiming to identify innovative solutions to enhance the well-being of seniors through digital inclusion. 

 

Agenda highlights 

The meeting followed a structured agenda to ensure comprehensive coverage of the topic: 

  1. Introduction to the NOTRE project The session began with a recap of the NOTRE project’s objectives, underlining its mission to foster innovative approaches to tackle senior isolation through digital tools and strategies. 

  1. First discussion: Digital innovation in healthy ageing Partners explored cutting-edge technological solutions that support aging well, emphasizing the potential of digital tools to improve seniors’ quality of life. 

  1. Second discussion: Challenges of senior isolation in our territory This exchange focused on the unique challenges faced by seniors in the Hauts-de-France region. Participants highlighted local factors contributing to isolation and the importance of tailoring interventions to regional needs. 

  1. Third discussion: Needs & challenges for digital inclusion This session addressed the specific requirements and obstacles in implementing digital inclusion initiatives. Participants shared insights on how to effectively bridge the digital divide for seniors. 

  1. Final question: Solutions and evolution of the framework The meeting concluded with an open discussion on actionable solutions and potential policy evolutions to support digital inclusion for seniors. Participants emphasized the need for cross-sector collaboration and sustained efforts to ensure long-term impact. 

  1. Next steps The final segment outlined the next steps for the NOTRE project, including upcoming meetings, pilot initiatives, and continued stakeholder engagement.
