Project partners will introduce briefly the learnings gathered from the self-assessments, highlighting the current spread of Sustainable Energy Communities, legal framework, business models and the weaknesses and opportunities identified in the report.

Workshop on the RSA

“From Weaknesses to opportunities – Improving regional policies”

• Capacity-building workshop focused on the legal and regulatory changes needed at the local and regional levels, types of ownership and operating models, main actors, activities, and technical and financial conditions.

• Based on that, the workshop will evolve from weaknesses to opportunities, commenting on the initial ideas to improve policy instruments and drafting the main actions to be followed.
