This webinar continues the series of four virtual events planned within the TAAS project, with the next session scheduled for May 2025.
The webinar focused on the digitalization of tourism, with a particular emphasis on the "Planning & Booking" phase of the travel journey. We explored innovative digital tools that support both tourist offices and travelers in crafting more personalized itineraries before arrival, as well as selecting the most suitable accommodation and activity options.
The webinar was divided into three sessions:
SESSION 1: CREATION OF CUSTOM TRAVEL LOGS WITH TOURINSOFT SOFTWARE, presented by Amélie Loeve, Head of Offering Development, Tourism Development Agency of Pyrénées Orientales;
SESSION 2: ENHANCING ONLINE MANAGEMENT AND BOOKING SOLUTIONS WITH ALLIANCE RESEAUX’ INTERCONNECTED PLATFORM, presented by Maëva Lacombe, Head of Visitor Services and Sales, Vallespir Tourisme;
SESSION 3: ENHANCING THE TOURIST EXPERIENCE WITH A PERSONALIZED TRAVEL BOOK PLATFORM presented by Nicolas Garcin, Head of Company, Coq-Trotteur.
