Vratsa stakeholders discuss good practices

The meeting was opened by Mrs. Maya Milova, Executive Director of CCI Vratsa, after which Mrs. Svetlana Borisova, communications expert in TOURBO project in CCI Vratsa, briefly presented the project and what has been implemented so far. The program continued with a presentation of good practice, which has been validated by the partners, on the topic "Organization of events of public and tourist importance in the Vratsa region", which was presented by Mrs. Polina Georgieva, Chief Expert at the Municipality of Vratsa.

An extremely interesting presentation was made by Mr. Hristo Hristov, Manager of the "Open Vratsa" Foundation in relation to the sustainability of tourism in the region, what needs to be done to develop tourism, and in this connection the "Open Vratsa" platform was also presented. which is a small step in Vratsa having more sustainable and attractive tourism.

The meeting ended with a discussion in which, as a conclusion, we accepted that the development of the tourism sector in the region, retaining our traditional guests and attracting new ones is the task of all stakeholders.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the local and public authorities, representatives of the non-governmental sector, as well as companies engaged in the tourism sector.
