UrbanCOOP Kick-off meeting

Welcome all participants to the Kick-Off Meeting of UrbanCOOP!

On the 19th and 20th of April 2023, UrbanCOOP partners met together in Turin for the project kick-off meeting. 

This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting journey to create collaborative solutions that will contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of our cities. As partners from various backgrounds and expertise, we gathered in Turin to lay the groundwork for fostering better urban cooperation, enabling us to tackle the challenges that lie ahead and build a thriving future for our communityies.

The meeting started with a warm welcome and brief introductions of all attendees, emphasizing their roles and contributions to urban cooperation. The project's background, objectives, and expected outcomes have been presented, focusing on the broader vision of fostering sustainable urban development. 

A very interesting open discussion followed, where partners cuold share their insights and perspectives on the critical challenges faced by the city and the opportunities for improvement.

The meeting defined also a clear communication strategy and decision-making process to ensure smooth and transparent progress throughout the collaboration.
