1st WEEEWaste stakeholder meeting, Slovenia

The Environmental Research Institute organized the 1st stakeholder's meeting within the WEEEWaste project on Tuesday, 22nd of August 2023. The meeting took place in CPU, the location in Slovenske Konjice. The participants represented non-governmental organizations in the field of proper management of e-waste: ZEOS, waste electrical and electronic equipment management, LLC, foundations in the field of social entrepreneurship and providing jobs to vulnerable groups: Vincent Draksler Foundation, so.p. as well as employment centre EKO LLC, which is focused in the field of upcycling discarded items.

In between presentations of the project's objective and activities planned, active discussions on the project initiative took place. Participants responded positively to the project's purpose and goals.
