Hajdú-Bihar County organized their 3rd stakeholder meeting on June 26th 2024, which brought together the core members of the regional stakeholder group: university experts, practitioners and municipality decision makers reviewed the project's progress, highlighting the deeper understanding of good practices introduced so far and the main outcomes of project events.

Following the overview of the BP exchange events coordinated by the project's Lead Partner, the newly formulated evaluation tool was presented. For the purpose of getting more information of some partner solutions, the lessons learned of the Leipzig event were discussed and analyzed.

Participants exchanged views on the main topics to be worked out in order to improve the Regional Development Programme of Hajdú-Bihar County.

Beyond the development of an overall Policy Guide, the focus is on the establishment of a new university course in WEEE offered for a wide range of students, the mapping process to see the potential of a concept store and the creation of an eco-point in a small municipality.

Stakeholders agreed to refine their ideas during bilateral discussions.

The indicative date for the next stakeholder meeting was set for autumn/winter 2024.
