We CARE(S): Local Stakeholder Meetings in 2nd semester

In the dynamic landscape of mutual learning, the second round of meetings within the CARES project's Local Stakeholder Groups (LSG) represented another important moment for the exchange of experiences. Participants delved into the realms of telecare, telemedicine, and e-health during these sessions.

By bringing together stakeholders actively involved in the development of telecare, telemedicine, and e-health, the second round of meetings served as a forum for the exchange of ideas, addressing challenges, and exploring innovative solutions that could potentially transform the healthcare landscape.

A significant influence on the organization of LSG meetings in the 2nd semester was a study visit that took place in November 2023 in Bordeaux. This immersive experience facilitated the exchange of insights and the discovery of telecare and telemedicine good practices. The rich discussions during meetings with stakeholders reflected the impact of the study visit, as partners delved into the intricacies of observed best practices in France and discussed the possibility of adapting solutions in their regions.

Some partners, including France, organized an LSG meeting prior to the study visit to outline the agenda and anticipated outcomes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the potential contributions of the visit.

Given the upcoming challenges facing the CARES project, subsequent meetings of local stakeholders are expected to produce the intended results that will influence the modification or improvement of health care policy instruments.
