Our partners Umberto Pernice, Project Manager, Malin Gavelin, Financial Manager and Silvia Stumpf, Communication Manager participated at this enriching experience.

First day of the training was focused on Finance Reporting. All lead partners, lead partner finance managers, and lead partner's controllers of Interreg Europe projects were invited to dive deep into financial reporting, control procedures, and all the requirements that come with managing Interreg Europe projects. Attendees got the latest updates, insights, and a chance to discuss finance-related matters with experts from the joint secretariat, finance managers, and controllers of other projects. The second day of the training was dedicated to activities and results reporting. Attendees delved into the programme's expectations regarding activity and result reporting. It's crucial to meet these standards for the success of the projects and for sharing best practices. The day was filled with valuable tips and advice shared through practical exercises. The third day was focused on communication. Project representatives received valuable guidance on Interreg Europe publicity requirements. Participants delved into the art of making project communication activities as effective and attractive as possible. They explored tips and advice to captivate their audiences. Through practical exercises and interactive discussions, attendees honed their skills in project storytelling and discovered strategies to make their projects popular online. The day ended with a vibrant world café session, where participants shared their experiences and insights.
