DEPART's focus is on the development of sustainable sport tourism that builds on the competitive advantages of the involved regions.

The project will investigate good practices in sports tourism with regard to:

1. 1. mass sport tourism
   2. travelling to sport destinations, where the site has sports facilities
   3. unorganized sports activities, allowing tourists to participate freely during the tourism process
