With Interreg, HRD meets Europe


In May 2024, the City embarked on a European program to strengthen the digital skills of agents, in partnership with several other countries.


After an initial meeting in Brussels in June, a working seminar was held in Paris from September 17 to 20, to present the actions undertaken in this area to the delegations. 

 

On the program 


After an introduction by Olivia Polski, Deputy Mayor of Paris in charge of all matters relating to human resources, social dialogue and the quality of public service, the Information Systems and Digital Transformation Department (SSITD) and the HRD Training Office presented the training programs set up by the HRD, as well as initiatives such as :

  • "Simplifying Paris for you"
  • The "Paris Ville Apprenante" strategy  
  • or Ville@pp's innovative virtual reality training courses 

Teams from Pix, the assessment, labeling and certification platform, came to present the digital tools and methodologies that enable agents to test their knowledge, so as to obtain the most appropriate training for each individual's level. 

The Métropole Européenne de Lille shared its expertise on territorial digital transformation, enriching the seminar's reflections. 

Finally, the delegations met thedigital mediators in their offices, to discover the role and missions of these key players in a context of digital transformation.
