Regional stakeholder group meeting at Saaremaa Municipality

On 17 August the first regional stakeholder group meeting was organised by Saaremaa Municipality Government where the GOCORE project was introduced together with an overview of community-based action in municipality development plans. There was a discussion on the role of communities in the local government as well as on how to empower local communities and increase their resilience both in Kuressaare city and in rural areas of Saaremaa.
