On the 23 of May at 10.00 the fourth Local Living Lab took place in Kinlough Community Centre in County Leitrim.

The meeting was opened by Leitrim County Councillor Justin Warnock and Conall McGettigan, Assistant Director of the Northern & Western Regional Assembly.

The latter introduced the main take-aways generated from the GREENHEALTH inter-regional learning event which took place the day before in Carrick-on-Shannon.

The floor was given to the Kinlogh resident group, which gave an overview of their work in the area of Lake Melvin.

Finally, Emma O'Hagan, Rural Recreation Officer of the Leitrim County Council introduced the Walks Scheme. She also provided insights on how trails are maintained and managed in the area.

The Local Living Lab participants later welcomed the GREENHEALTH project partners travelling from different areas of Europe to attend the study visit.

LLL participants and GREENHEALTH project participants engaged in an intense discussion about their work and the nature and health actions that are taking place in the area.
