Kick off meeting in Budapest : the launch of the project!

From the 29th to the 30th March was held the first kick of meeting of the NOTRE Project.

As a reminder, to respond to the challenges of ageing and to support innovative projects in favor of healthy ageing, the main goal of NOTRE is to improve policy instruments targeting healthy ageing related innovation. To help SMEs and start-ups, a test infrastructure for product validation will be available in different regions. Element of success are the contribution to exchange of experience in boosting the setting up and operation of test and experimentation environment for seniors’ product and service development and creation a network of internationally connected test facilities and households enabling unique, international product validation environment for SMEs and start-ups.

During the first day in Budapest, the final dissemination event of the Intencive (Innovation and Technology Enhancing Customer Oriented Health Services​) project, untitled "Smart Ageing – Digital solutions in health & senior care for a better future". was presented.

INTENCIVE project addresses the societal challenge of ageing society combined with decreasing population in rural and other remote areas. There is a dire need for new, accessible and user friendly models, practices and tools for providing different types of high quality health services accessible to all citizens not depending on their age or place of living.

Objective of INTENCIVE project is to improve the implementation of policies and programmes in terms of health technology innovation-driven and customer-oriented health services in the partner regions and influence the ERDF Regional Operational Programs or Regional Strategies. Partners from five regions conducted interregional exchange of experiences in the specific field and introduced into their policies of innovative technologies and services in e-health sector.

The 2nd day took place in Szombathely. ECHAlliance lead a thematic training session about how to build a successful and sustainable ecosystem and maintain the level of commitment.

To finish, in the afternoon, partners took part in a study tour to visit PBN’s demonstration, testing and development center in the field of health&seniorcare – at.home – and PBN’s digital innovation Hub – am-LAB.
