Karlskrona Solpark spans a total area of 7.5 hectares. To prevent soil damage, a solution is employed where the solar panel is placed on top of a plastic box filled with gravel to anchor it in place.

The boxes are flexible and follow the landscape's character, making it perfect for the hilly area.

In 2022, 6000 panels with an installed capacity of 2.4 MW were installed, and now there are 9520 panels with an installed capacity of 4.2 MW.

Many people aspire to contribute to a more sustainable society, and in the solar park, there is an opportunity for everyone to help – both individuals and companies own shares and contribute to the overall sustainability, turning this project into a powerful energy community on land that would otherwise remain unused due to soil pollution.
