A moment of the meeting

The SPOTLOG project recently attended the 10th edition of the "Europe, Let's Cooperate!" interregional cooperation forum in Antwerp, Belgium, which was held from 20 to 21 March. Organised by the Joint Secretariat, the event proved to be a vibrant hub of collaboration and innovation, attracting more than 600 participants for two days of high-energy engagement and project development.

Across a very intensive line-up of informative sessions and interactive workshops, the SPOTLOG Project found fruitful ground for growth and inspiration. The participants took part in study visits with a focus on the circular economy and sustainable mobility, which are topics aligned with the project's objectives, offering invaluable insight and sparking new ideas for further uptake.

One of the event's standout features was its emphasis on networking, a feature that the SPOTLOG Project fully capitalised on. Taking advantage of the forum's broad platform, project representatives made networking connections with collaborators, laying the groundwork for future partnerships and funding opportunities and enlarging our partnership. The forum also announced the welcoming of seven new countries to the Interreg Europe programme, a development with far-reaching implications for collaborative initiatives like SPOTLOG.

As the programme's network expands, so does the potential for further cooperation. Highlights on the Policy Learning Platform activities were shared with the participants for leveraging the platform's offerings for inspiration through the available good practices database or related services. In addition to its role as a learning and collaboration platform, the forum was a unique opportunity for SPOTLOG to present its vision and objectives to potential collaborators and stakeholders, broadening awareness of the project's objectives and fostering future involvement with new partners.
