3rd Regional Stakeholders' Group meeting in Polnad

On the 29th of March 2024, the Marshal Office of Swietokrzyskie Region organized the third Stakeholders Group Meeting which was attended by 11 stakeholders. The meeting was organized in Olejarnia Zagłoba - a small, family-owned factory of vegetable cooking oils, located in the picturesque and charming Ponidzie region. The Olejarnia is one of the good practices proposed by Świętokrzyskie as part of the SYSTOUR project - it was created by combining two passions - history and healthy eating. The visit included a demonstration of pressing, combined with a tasting of natural, unrefined oils, which will allow you to get to know the taste of the entire range of oils produced in the oil mill, e.g. saffron oil, hemp oil, linseed oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, black cumin oil and poppy seed oil.

During the meeting we also discussed the upcoming study visit in Poland within the SYSTOUR project and about how to revitalize rural tourism in our area, taking into account the values and barriers of our region.  Świętokrzyskie is a region that has great potential for the development of tourism in rural areas, which is why organizations, associations, and communes willingly participated in the discussion on how we can influence the expansion of the tourist offer of this region.
