3rd Regional Stakeholders meeting in Hajdú-Bihar County Government - practical steps started in GOCORE implementation

Showcasing a wide range of successful solutions from all around the GOCORE partner regions, the 3rd regional stakeholder event - organised in Debrecen on 26 June 2024 - brought together several representatives of municipalities, NGOs, higher education, chambers and sectoral agencies to further define the steps to be made for a more resilient county community.

Following the general introduction of the progress achieved in the project, the lessons learned during the Coimbra and Syddjurs events were shared, highlighting the issues being the most relevant ones for the county’s challenges

Strengthening the CSR activities of SMEs in rural areas and the links between social enterprises and public institutions are still key themes to work on, but the identification and adaptation of factors to support local collaborations seem to be more essential.

  Considering these outcomes, stakeholders discussed the planned content of the upcoming pressure cooker in September 2024 and shared ideas and recommendations what to ask from peers and what to share with partners.

Further good practices have been identified and new members also joined the team to support stronger local communities.

The upcoming regional stakeholder event is planned to be held in the last months of 2024.
