Alexander Tymczuk

I work with international projects in the Norwegian Association for Local and Regional Authorities, within the framework of EEA and Norway grants. Further, I facilitate municipality-to-municipality cooperation between Norwegian and Ukrainian municipalities. Previously, I worked as a senior advisor in the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection, mainly doing and preparing methodology for risk and vulnerability analyzes at national, regional and local level.
