Post-2027
It's time to talk about the future of interregional cooperation. How do you see our programme in the post-2027 period?
Are you a local, regional or national authority, or from any other institution involved in regional development policies? Then we want to hear from you! Take this unique opportunity and have your say in shaping the future Interreg Europe programme and its implementation.
We prepared three channels to contribute with your views:
- Online survey launched in spring 2024 (closed now)
- Discussion during the Europe, let's cooperate event in Antwerp (on 20 March 2024).
- Discussion at the next monitoring committee of the programme in late October 2024. You can share your views with your country representative before that.
After we close the channels for our public consultation, we will share with you the results at this page.
Your views are important to us. Have your say!
The online survey
This spring, we launched an online survey. The main target group of the programme - local, regional or national authorities, and other institutions involved in regional development policies - were invited to contribute. 455 respondents from 39 countries answered the survey and shared their views on the future of interregional cooperation.
See the summary report on the results of the online survey below.

What happens next?
We will share the results of this public consultation with you at this page. We will announce any new content on this page in our newsletter. You can sign up not to miss the updates.
By the end of this year, we will also prepare a report summarising the results of the public consultation for the European Commission. We will publish the report here as well.
The results will feed into the discussions about interregional cooperation for the post-2027 period.
