Tara Duncan

I am a Professor in Tourism Studies at Dalarna University, Sweden. My research focuses on labour and employment in the tourism, hospitality, and leisure sectors. I take a social sustainability perspective and emphasise decent work and dignity as well as considering the links that tourism employees and businesses have with wider communities and destinations.
