Elena is the thematic manager of the Policy Learning Platform and coordinates all its thematic activities and services.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in European Territorial Cooperation (Interreg IVC, IIIC, CBC ALCOTRA). Previously she worked for the Interreg IV JS, the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region (FR), and the Venice City Council (IT).
