Bio
Dr Yiannis Pappas is the Head of Programmes at KMOP. He has worked in project-based innovation for over 15 years, working directly with beneficiaries and stakeholders, and leading teams of project experts, researchers, and consultants. He has overseen the design and implementation of tens of EU-funded projects across programmes, including more than 15 territorial cooperation projects, among which many Interreg Europe ones.
