Worked at Vilnius University, UNDP, two ministries, etc. Served as a national expert for EUFORI study. Currently - International Project Manager, leading INTERREG and HORIZON Europe programme projects. Experience and skills cover drafting, elaboration, implementation, and evaluation of EU projects funded by various programs, development and monitoring of strategic documents.
