Dulce Pacheco

Dulce is a Research Fellow at ARDITI, specialising in digital transformation for SMEs & process improvement. She also teaches HR & organisational behaviour at the University of Madeira. Her career blends industry experience (management, change) with academic achievement (PhD in Psychology). Her research interests include organisational behavior, change, enterprise engineering, and human factors, making her a valuable asset in cross-disciplinary research.
