I have over 27 years of experince in the city admin. of which 16 years as Director of the Department responsible for the preparation, submission, implementation and reporting of EU  projects. I'v been involved in project managment and  implementation of projects funded by national grants or EU funds. My favorite are Energy effiecency, renewable energy, adaptation to climate change, sustainable development. Good communications skills, open-minded. Fluency in English, French and Russian.
