I like working on initiatives that have an impact on the ground and that improve people’s lives. I have over 13 years of experience with Interreg: I started as a trainee in a Joint Secretariat, and then I've worked both for programme authorities and for consultancies, supporting partners in making their ideas happen. My experience focuses on coming up with innovative concepts and drafting project proposals first, and then on sound progress and financial monitoring and partnership management.
