Jorge is an assistant researcher at the University of Aveiro, focusing on intelligent transport systems, social and environmental impacts. He's led European projects like CISMOB and PriMaaS, and currently he heads SPOTLOG and EMBRACER for enhancing European mobility. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he's recognized for his eco-routing patent, winning the 2013 EPO Innovation Contest.
