Colab4Food is a private non-profit association that aims to promote Innovation and Development and the transfer of knowledge and technology in the agri-food sector through close collaboration between academic and business. Colab4Food intends to promote circular economy and food sustainability with a focus on by-product valorization, food waste reduction and stimulation of new business.
