About the organisation
ATMO Normandie is the association approved by the Ministry for the Environment to monitor, inform and support stakeholders throughout Normandy. It was formed in 2016 from the merger of Air Com and Air Normand, the former air quality monitoring networks in Lower and Upper Normandy. The missions and activities of the Associations Agréées de Surveillance de la Qualité de l'Air (AASQA) are detailed in the decree of 16 April 2021 relating to the national ambient air quality monitoring system.
