Bio
Our initiative would be to create a bio model farm with an educational and exhibition center where we showing the cultivation and processing of native fruits, vegetables and herbs in the Szatmár-Bereg region. The center would house a restaurant and a training kitchen using with locally grown fruits and vegetables, nurturing the region's gastronomic heritage, as well as a permanent exhibition presenting peasant culture physically, audio-visually and interactively.
