I am a Board Member of the Associação Vegetariana Portuguesa (AVP), that has been engaged in political advocacy activities for the transition of the food system in Portugal, via the Green Protein project. AVP was the main campaigner for the launch of the Portuguese Law that establishes the mandatory plant-based option in public canteens.
