About the organisation
The municipality of Kanjiža consists of 13 settlements. It is located on the river Tisa. Its main economic branches are agriculture, SMEs and tourism. It is geographically located on the very border with the EU, it is bilingual and multi-ethnical. It is among the most active towns in Serbia regarding international projects since 2007. It is EU oriented and open for cooperation in order to make use of EU practices and experiences.
