Zelenskyi, the Law of Ukraine returned to the state property what belongs to the people of Ukraine. The history of the establishment of the Park - monument is unique: it is the FIRST event in the history of independent Ukraine, when the territory that used to be the "home residence" of the ex-president has now been returned to the state.
