This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
MK has 21 bikes with the help of Government funding. Three bikes have been donated to deliver food from community fridges. Other bikes are used by Council tree inspectors and available for loan to local businesses.
Bikes can carry up to 630 litres so useful for the delivering to the last mile. Reducing emissions from transport will help MKC achieve their low carbon targets and reduce transport costs for local social enterprise organisation and local businesses.

Potential for learning or transfer
Any city can develop an e-cargo bike loan scheme.
Usually the 'last mile' is energy intensive and expensive so great savings can be made on fuel costs and CO2 emissions.
