Thanks to this, start-ups have permanent access to a set of quality content dealing with the different stages of their development, providing them with clear & accessible advice, methods and tools.
Webinars for SMEs
LMT has created a webinar program for our regional SMEs. Each month, a 1-hr webinar is organised to raise SMEs'awareness on subjects related to innovation & digital transformation, & to train them in tools and methods.
Topics covered include
-How to optimise your SEO and increase your visibility?
-Databases : how to value them and protect yourself?
-Data : Presentation of use cases to improve your performance
Each webinar brings together 25 people. These webinars are also an opportunity for us to establish initial contacts with companies so that we can offer them long-term solutions. In 2021,10 webinars have been organised, 5 in 2022 & 6 in 2023.
Resources needed
Organising a webinar takes about 2.5 days for 1 person to create the content & to communicate about the event. Both actions have been prepared with in-house resources & funded on our own funds, + a small fee asked to the suported start-ups. Webinars are displayed on free-to-use platforms.

Potential for learning or transfer
This distance coaching is a great approach to meet the needs of companies, despite the current situation. It has allowed us to rethink the way we support companies, but also to be able to reach companies that we would probably never meet.
This good practice is very easily transferable. It does, however, require time to identify the precise needs to which the training courses should respond. It also requires monitoring to identify the tools that can be adapted to make distance learning possible.
