The birth of new SMEs is essential for creating jobs and the training certainly contributes to create innovative start-ups and generate wealth. Evidence of success
The benefits of this practice are shown by the creation of business ideas directly within the different school paths, giving students the opportunity to start developing their ideas to do business. High level of results obtained (Students interested 6221, Schools involved 182 and Interventions carried out 930) demonstrates the performance value of the Initiative.
Potential for learning or transfer
The interest of good practice is given by the fact that Start-upper School Academy is a valid tool to solve one of the main problems of the European Union, that of youth employment, through alternating work school paths. Moreover, during the various interregional meetings of the Urban M Project, partners carrying out similar activities and showing an interest to test the methodology of the Start Up School Academy within their institutional activity expressed the will to transfer our experience in their territory.
