Financing energy efficient buildings

What have they achieved?

Ana Martinez Pinilla explains that thanks to the FINERPOL project they identified the right type of financial instrument for Extremadura and managed to change the ERDF Operational Programme to integrate financial instruments such as a guaranty fund in Extremadura region in Spain.
