UNLOCK presents methodology on regional situation analysis
This methodology specifically aids in understanding:
- The regional development issue as described in the partner's project application,
- The regional policy (policy instrument) indicated in the partner's project application,
- The anticipated policy enhancement (improvement of policy instrument) identified in the partner's project application, which includes:
- Financing new projects through the instrument,
- Modifying the management of the instrument,
- Revising the instrument itself.
