The Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform is  organising a peer review for the Schleswig-Holstein Institute for Vocational Education and Training (SHIBB). SHIBB is the state office in charge of vocational training affairs in Schleswig Holstein, Germany.

The SHIBB aims at reducing the number of NEETs (not educated, employed or trained persons) through improved vocational education and training measures.

Therefore, we are looking for experts having successful experiences with:
    • Practices fostering young people to enter a vocational education and training program after school
    • Practices aiming at reducing dropouts from vocational education and training program
    • Practices fostering NEETs re-integrating the vocational education and training
    • Overarching measures involving for instance multiple stakeholders and aiming at increasing the overall interest in vocational education and the efficiency of existing approaches.
Join us to bring you experience !

If you have expertise in one or more of the above mentioned fields, we invite you to complete our short questionnaire before 17 September. You will be part of a team of peers with complementary profiles to address the region's needs effectively.

The peer review is planned for next November, in Kiel (Germany).

    Why Participate as a Peer?

You’ll meet the regional policy makers and local stakeholders to further analyse their challenges and elaborate concrete recommendations for policy action jointly with them in a peer-learning format fully moderated by the Policy Learning Platform.

    • Contribute to meaningful change: Your expertise can help Centre-Val de Loire implement effective strategies to mitigate healthcare professional shortages.
    • Enhance your skills: Engage in a two-way learning exchange, gaining insights into the practices and policies of other regions.
    • Network with experts: Join a group of talented peers and expand your professional network.

Travel and accommodation costs are covered by Interreg Europe.
