About the project
This project aims to accelerate digital transformation in health and care by integrating AI-driven innovation into regional and national policy-making. By optimizing the innovation value chain (IVC), it enables dynamic, data-driven decisions that address public health needs. The initiative fosters collaboration among care-tech startups, universities, public providers, and policymakers to drive sustainable progress. Key outcomes include AI-based policy tools, integrating best practices, and enhanced knowledge transfer, equipping regions with future-proof digital health strategies within the IVC framework.
Partners should represent different regions, such as Northern Europe (Finland), Western Europe, Southern Europe, and Eastern Europe. Project planning emphasizes that each partner region contributes added value to the overall initiative, for instance, through the exchange of best practices, policy learning, or piloting activities.
