Entrepreneurship development and capacity building for policies for sustainable growth

This innovative project aims to improve policies to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of farming entities and to build an ingenious space for experiential education and growth in rural areas by establishing a hub in each participating country. The Agri-Hub brings together different European regions with different levels of agricultural growth, to create new sufficient enterprises and support the current ones, helping the local farmers and individuals to face their pressing socio-economic problems. A systemic, bottom-up approach will be adopted, based on participants’ needs, to establish their unique and common goals. Each region will share its improvements with the others, at every step of the process. The main goal of the project is to work closely with already established enterprises in order to improve their business management, governance, organization, and marketing practices. The process will result in an innovative toolkit, available to new enterprises as well.
