About the project
This project aims to establish conditions for an orchestrated, seamless, and optimized innovation value chain (IVC) that accelerates digital transformation in health and care. It develops a strategic framework that directly influences selected policy instruments, ensuring alignment with the digital transformation needs of public health and care sectors. The policy instruments are critical for fostering collaboration between care-tech startups, universities, and public providers, creating a cohesive model supporting innovation across all IVC stages.
The initiative integrates best practices and enhances knowledge sharing by adapting and influencing policies to sustain these efforts. By implementing targeted actions at the policy level, the project creates conditions for a well-coordinated and sustainable digital transformation tailored to the regional contexts of partner countries, ensuring these advancements are embedded within relevant policy frameworks.
