About the project
The project aims to support pillar businesses in succession/transfer, through actions related to strengthening the skills of successors, professionals supporting the succession process, stakeholders, professional representatives and other bodies that promote and support the issue of succession/transfer.
Hence, the project proposes actions to strengthen the soft and digital skills of successors, succession service professionals, mediators, advisors, mentors, stakeholders, representatives of agencies dealing with the issue of succession/transfer. Through upskilling, the successor can be prepared to bring innovation or introduce it by turning new knowledge into innovation.
The project can contribute to improving the management of the challenges faced by both current business owners and their successors during the succession process, while promoting institutional proposals for the integration of succession skills acquisition in a formal or non-formal system of learning.
