About the project
The Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) is a roadmap of the Zviahel City Territorial Community to achieve its own institutional commitments on climate change mitigation, taking into account the sustainable development policy, the European initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the Communitie's goals to improve energy efficiency and to increase a share of clean energy. These commitments include reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030 and developing an approach to address climate change mitigation and adaptation (the Covenant of Mayors). Project goals: Studying best European practices. Creation a SECAP of the Zviahel City Territorial Community. Raising awareness for local citizens by arranging an information campaign called Energy Days.
