About the project
Currently, Extremadura Region is facing a problem with industrial waste, due to this reason we would like to propose a pilot action where an interactive map of industrial waste will be developed within the region. As a result of this informatic tool synergies between different sectors would be created and the promotion of renewable energy such as biogas, and the implementation of energy communities will be promoted within the region. Deeper know-how about where and how we have the potential for future investment will be developed. Through this pilot action, we will be able to maintain an annual register of the different waste produced by each sector.
